Erin Alex    Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

With a focus in trauma-informed care, Erin Alex gravitates towards Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing when it comes to providing clients with optimal care on their journeys of recovery and wellness. She is EMDR trained, holds a certification in non-violent crisis response, and has worked with suboxone consultation relapse prevention groups directly. She is excited that Paramount will look at the whole person and treat the specific needs of the individual while incorporating family if and when necessary, attending to any coexisting challenges that clients are faced with. She is most looking forward to working with different disciplines within the Paramount team and collaborating with everyone’s expertise to create a unique, individualized treatment plan for the people Paramount serves. Erin has a profound interest in being outdoors and appreciating nature, and makes meditation a regular part of daily life.
